I sell self-published physical books. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed securely through this website.
Accepted payment methods include:
- WooPayments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
- PayPal
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully submitted.
I reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- payment cannot be processed
- the product is out of stock
- there is suspicion of fraud
Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in € (Euro).
Shipping fees within Malta are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
6. Shipping & Delivery (Malta Only)

Delivery times within Malta typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the postal service.

6.4 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.
While delivery times are reliant on the postal service, I will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
6.5 Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- the book arrives damaged, or
- the wrong item was received.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
7.2 Refunds
If your order qualifies for a refund, funds will be returned to the original payment method.
7.3 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Customs & Taxes
All orders are shipped within Malta; no customs duties apply.

All books, artwork, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Daniela Frendo and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
