Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to cancel it for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
- The book must be returned in good condition. Minor handling is allowed (e.g., opening the packaging, reading the first few pages), but books that are clearly damaged or heavily read may not qualify for a full refund.
- Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method (e.g., Registered Mail). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
- The refund will include the original purchase price of the book, but shipping costs are only refundable if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
- Books that are damaged or missing significant portions may not be eligible for a refund.
- Customized or signed copies may also be subject to restrictions — any exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days. In some cases, if the book needs to be printed or restocked, dispatch may take longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.
- Once the book is handed to the courier, the risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the customer. If an order is lost or damaged, the customer can contact us immediately at hello@danielafrendo.com and provide your order number. The customer has the option to select Registered Mail at checkout for tracked and secure delivery.
